Ann started her career in IT as a web developer in 2011. Over the years, she has advanced through the roles of Information Security and QA Consultant, Team Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and R&D Group Manager. By 2023, when Ann joined ScienceSoft as a Business Development Manager, she had established herself as an IT professional with solid resource and delivery management competencies, a strong background in client relationships, and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
As Business Development Manager, Ann led ScienceSoft’s efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Owing to the success of Ann’s service improvement initiatives and her commitment to fostering long-term, strategic client relationships, she was promoted to Customer Success Director in 2025.
In her current role, Ann focuses on aligning ScienceSoft’s service processes with the company’s mission to drive measurable business value for clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, Ann proactively engages with clients to discover their business goals, challenges, and definition of success. She applies client feedback to create tailored sets of project success metrics and unlock cost savings and growth opportunities for our clients, as well as for ScienceSoft. Ann also contributes to the refinement of ScienceSoft’s collaboration, project management, and delivery practices.
With expertise in Agile engagements, Ann monitors key delivery health metrics across ScienceSoft’s projects to anticipate risks to client success and proactively tackle emerging issues. Ann’s leadership ensures that clients and ScienceSoft’s teams are supported, informed, and aligned throughout risk mitigation and issue resolution processes.
Ann leads ScienceSoft’s customer segmentation efforts, where she continuously shapes the company’s service-level agreements (SLAs) for better service quality and works with cross-functional teams to sharpen and enhance ScienceSoft’s service offerings. Ann’s responsibilities here include organizing and supervising on-site delivery teams for ScienceSoft’s clients in various regions.
Ann’s thoughtful customer success strategies pay off through long-term, trusting IT partnerships that ScienceSoft has built with its clients. Currently, 62% of the company’s revenue is coming from engagements that have lasted two or more years.
The biggest challenge in client success is staying one step ahead — anticipating needs before they turn into problems. It requires constant communication, close attention to data, and the ability to adapt fast. To do it right, I encourage our delivery teams to stay engaged, think proactively, and prioritize real, measurable results over rigid service checklists.
