Max Eliseev

Max began his career in tech over a decade ago as a QA engineer and steadily advanced to roles such as Head of QA and Deputy Business Development Director. In 2017, he joined ScienceSoft as Deputy Presales Director and quickly progressed to Presales Director, where he demonstrated strong skills in team leadership, cross-department process management, and collaborative problem-solving.

When ScienceSoft decided to expand its European presence in 2020 by opening several new development centers and offices, Max was appointed CEO of ScienceSoft Europe. He successfully oversaw the launch of new offices in Poland, Latvia, and Lithuania, transforming these locations into key hubs for ScienceSoft’s global operations. He built lasting relationships with our clients and partners across Europe, discovered new growth opportunities, and ensured a steady supply of highly competent specialists by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development in our EU offices.

In August 2025, Max took on a broader role as CEO of ScienceSoft EMEA, extending his leadership to ScienceSoft’s operations in the Gulf region, specifically in the UAE and KSA. He now focuses on delivering impact-driven, quality IT services to ScienceSoft’s clients across Europe and the Gulf, building strong long-term partnerships and navigating local business and regulatory requirements.

Max is a very people-first CEO. He dedicates significant effort to nurturing a healthy work environment and team building, as he firmly believes that an inspired and close-knit team is a CEO’s most valuable asset.

Even with today’s remote collaboration options, being geographically close to our clients matters a lot. Having local offices gives us the much-needed flexibility to visit our clients on-site, analyze their IT environments and business processes, install hardware, and guarantee that we fully meet all their security requirements. It's all about being there when they need us most.
