Middle ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 2–3 years of experience to design, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with workflows, scripts, integrations, and support ITSM processes. Strong JavaScript skills and good knowledge of ITIL concepts are required. ServiceNow certifications and experience with Service Portal/UI Builder are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements.
Maintain code quality and follow best practices.
Participate in support and maintenance activities when required.

Requirements

2–3 years of ServiceNow development experience in mid- to large-scale environments;
Proficiency in JavaScript (server-side & client-side) and Glide API;
Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL concepts;
English level: B2+ (clear communication);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD);
Experience with Service Portal / UI Builder development;
Familiarity with database design and data modeling;
ITIL v3/v4 certification (advantage).
