Challenge
A global insurance carrier commissioned ScienceSoft to upgrade its 20-year-old underwriting software for aviation insurance. The system had intricate logic and scarce documentation, which complicated its revamp. The carrier wanted to streamline system maintenance and enhance the underwriter experience while avoiding any errors.

Getting a Multi-Vendor DWH Development Project Back on Track
Challenge
One of the world’s leading stock market regulators commissioned two subcontractors to develop its data analytics solution. The communication and knowledge sharing among the vendors’ 30+ stakeholders was poorly organized and slowed down the project. Additionally, the vendors didn’t have structured workflows for processing change requests, which ultimately resulted in scope creep. About 40% of the project’s duration was spent on communication alone.
