Paulina began her journey in tech in 2017 as a Pre-Sales Legal Consultant. By that time, she had built a successful career in international business relationships, working as a strategic communication manager for the hospitality, international trade, and governmental sectors. Paulina’s expertise in business and diplomatic communication and a vast track record in expediting large-scale international deals gave her a sure start in consultancy for complex IT projects involving global clients and teams. Over time, Paulina shifted her focus to account management, where she applied her strategic mindset and culture-aware approach to collaboration to deliver top-of-the-line experiences to the clients of IT service firms.

In 2021, Paulina joined ScienceSoft as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the company’s key accounts and ensuring that our clients’ needs were effectively met and any issues were resolved promptly. Paulina served as the primary point of contact for ScienceSoft’s clients from the healthcare, life science, insurance, aviation, and manufacturing industries. She worked closely with project teams to ensure all stakeholders were on the same page regarding each client’s goals, expectations, and definition of success.

Rather than simply handling client relationship management, Paulina focused on maximizing service value for her accounts and driving predictable project outcomes. Acting as a strategic advisor, she delved deeply into each client’s situation to foresee long-term business needs, suggest the optimal ways to address them, and proactively mitigate risks. Owing to Paulina’s success in developing mutually beneficial client partnerships and her eager participation in scaling account management best practices department-wide, she was promoted to Director of Key Account Management in 2025.

In her current role, Paulina oversees a team of key account managers and leads ScienceSoft’s efforts in optimizing service workflows and enhancing client experience. She fosters a tailored, forward-thinking approach to each client and encourages her team to stay proactive, creative, and focused on tangible business outcomes. While supporting key account managers in their activities, Paulina continues to manage the accounts of ScienceSoft’s strategic digital transformation clients. She also works with ScienceSoft’s sales, project management, and technical teams to coordinate project delivery, ensure consistently high service quality across all engagements, and expand client relationships through value-adding services and solutions.
