L1/L2 Support Engineer (English and Swedish)

We are inviting a specialist to join our technical support team. Support will be provided in English and Swedish. No prior IT experience is required, we offer internal training and will help you gain the necessary knowledge.

We specialize in IT consulting, development, testing, and support of technological solutions. Our clients include companies from various industries, including well-known brands.

Your responsibilities

  • respond daily to customer inquiries in a timely manner;
  • provide customers with timely resolution of technical issues;
  • establish remote sessions to assist customers with the troubleshooting;
  • maintaining of clients systems;
  • answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of the system;
  • preparing description documentation for new features;
  • creating of knowledge database

Requirements

  • Fluent English – Intermediate+ (B2) level and higher is required;

  • Fluent Swedish – Intermediate (B1) level and higher is required;

  • Good communication skills, experience in business correspondence;

  • Proactive position, strong sense of empathy with customers using our products is required.

  • Optional: 0.5+ year of experience in technical/application support or QA/Tester experience is a plus.
